Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Consulting Specialist will directly interact with partners to address consulting and implementation needs, working in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure client success with ConnectWise products. This role involves researching and documenting findings, coaching and reviewing team member work, coordinating project implementation, managing timelines, conducting kick-off meetings, communicating project status to clients, maintaining KPIs, providing technical training and troubleshooting, supporting product installation, documenting customer interactions, recommending documentation improvements, verifying bugs, assisting with projects, and engaging in ongoing product cross-training.
