Requirements

The Staff Software Engineer requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, at least 8-12 years of relevant work experience, and proficiency in technologies such as .NET, C#, Angular, Azure Cloud, SQL server, and JavaScript. Preferred qualifications include experience with AI development tools, Playwright testing framework, RESTful Web APIs, DevOps and SRE experience, and experience with Logic Apps/Biztalk, TypeScript and App Services, as well as experience in the healthcare domain and a basic understanding of HL7 standards.

Responsibilities

The Staff Software Engineer is responsible for leading the design and architecture of major systems and services, collaborating with stakeholders to define technical requirements, contributing to code reviews and providing technical guidance, driving innovation by evaluating new technologies, ensuring code meets requirements and rigorous testing processes, and performing other job duties as assigned. They will also monitor and maintain the quality and reliability of software solutions, and act as a go-to expert for resolving complex issues.
