Requirements

Candidates should possess strong interest or experience building and leading teams developing SaaS platforms, including shaping team structures and ways of working. They must be able to communicate clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, at all levels from peer collaborators to an executive audience or customers. Responsibilities

The Senior Engineering Manager will lead an engineering team responsible for supporting our ETL system and expanding its capabilities, directly manage engineers on their team and matrix-manage other engineers in the organization as needed. They will partner with a peer product manager on team strategy and roadmap, be involved in technical decision making through architecture, design, or code review, drive continuous improvement in their team’s process, delivery, and quality, and work with other engineering leaders on alignment of their team's efforts to overall company strategy. They will also actively promote a culture supportive of growth and inclusion.
