Responsibilities

As the Data Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering collaboration and setting clear goals and KPIs. You will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of data pipelines and ETL processes, ensuring seamless data ingestion, transformation, and storage. Additionally, you will design and architect large-scale data systems leveraging ADF, Databricks, and OneLake, implement monitoring and alerting systems, establish data quality standards, manage data engineering projects, and enforce data governance frameworks including data lineage and auditing.
