Candidates should possess 5-8 years of experience in customer-facing roles within a software as a service business, demonstrating confidence with queue management, and a foundational understanding of single sign-on, billing and invoicing, modern browsers, mobile operating systems, email deliverability, DNS records, and log file reading. Fluency in English is required, along with U.S. work authorization.
The Senior Support Representative (PST) will primarily provide fast and painless customer support via email, troubleshooting potential bugs, documenting feature requests, analyzing customer data, assisting customers with product onboarding, and collaborating with the team to elevate the voice of the customer. They will also occasionally utilize phone support to address customer needs, and contribute to the overall success of Healthie’s customers by providing hands-on and human-led support.
