Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is highly desirable.
The Senior Client Success Manager will be responsible for onboarding new clients, developing and executing client success plans, proactively managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring client satisfaction. They will also conduct regular business reviews, provide strategic guidance, and advocate for client needs internally, contributing to the overall growth and retention of Modern Health’s client base.
