Candidates should possess 4-7 years of customer-facing account leadership or related experience, demonstrating a high degree of skill in serving as a trusted advisor, and preferably have benefits experience. Strong experience working directly as a benefit consultant is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM software and business intelligence tools such as Gong, Looker, Gainsight, and Highspot is preferred.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will confidently and independently own key customer outcomes including product adoption and utilization, net dollar retention, upsell, and customer health for clients within your book of business. You will build strong, consultative relationships with customers and partners, advise them on strategies to optimize adoption, lead the expansion sales and renewal process, use your understanding of HealthJoy’s value proposition to position it in customer business reviews, proactively dive deep into performance using CRM and BI tools, provide product education, manage customer relationships, and act as an advocate for customers while providing feedback to internal stakeholders.
