Furthermore, candidates are expected to have meticulous attention to detail, versatile communication skills, and a resilient spirit to navigate complex interactions.
The Customer Support Specialist will understand and empathize with customer needs to provide effective resolutions, collaborate closely with a remote team to deliver outstanding troubleshooting, training, and customer support via live chat, email, text, phone, and screen-sharing, personify the Boulevard brand in every interaction, identify process and product improvements, quickly absorb and retain information, surface customer churn risks and identify upsell opportunities, collaborate effectively with various internal teams, and follow structured team guidelines for consistent and reliable support.
