Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience with Excel and in business analytics
  • 2-5 years of experience with SQL
  • 2-5 years of experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Experience with Python and Snowflake is a nice-to-have

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of transportation data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop, refine, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of transportation operations
  • Collaborate with team members to understand their analytics needs and the best possible solutions
  • Continuously develop new processes and enhance existing ones
  • Frame and solve new problems by leading through a process of discovery, test-and-learn, or rapid prototyping
  • Develop standard rhythms & reports to highlight the right information up/down and across the organization
  • Cross-functional coordination and coaching/training/clear communication, including partnering with Software teams to achieve scalable technology solutions & associated business processes
  • Dive in where needed to work side-by-side with employees at all levels of the organization to help them drive results
