As a Senior Strategy & Operations Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end hiring process for senior-level roles across business functions, focusing on the Strategy & Operations teams. You will develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, ensure a seamless candidate experience, leverage recruiting metrics to refine strategies, champion Traba’s mission and values, and continuously optimize recruitment processes.
