Requirements

Candidates must have 12+ years of experience designing and scaling enterprise workflows for large companies, along with experience architecting and configuring enterprise work management solutions, specifically on the ServiceNow platform. A strong understanding of OKRs, Agile workflows, capacity planning, portfolio management, and investment tracking is required, as is a proven ability to design scalable data models and business processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, and experience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes is highly desirable. A background in business operations, program management, or enterprise systems is also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Staff Product Manager will design, implement, and manage an integrated work management solution using ServiceNow (SPM/PPM/CWM) to connect strategy to execution. This includes building scalable frameworks for managing all levels of work, establishing workflows for capacity planning, resource forecasting, investment planning, and risk alignment, and defining/maintaining data structures for traceability. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to evaluate processes, design new solutions, drive adoption through organizational change management, and define reporting requirements for meaningful insights. Additionally, the Product Manager will support ongoing platform maintenance and scalability.
