Requirements

4+ years of experience in Product Design
Exceptional UX, UI, and interaction design skills, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality work
A track record of building remarkable user experiences, particularly in consumer products
Familiarity with the latest & greatest in AI and how it can enhance user experiences through interaction paradigms
Mastery in Figma, with familiarity of prototyping tools like Principle or Origami
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
A strong eye for visual polish and interaction details

Responsibilities

Drive Titan's product to jaw-dropping levels, harnessing user research, your own intuition, and collaboration with other teams
Scope complex & ambiguous design problems into actionable roadmap workstreams
Champion a client-centered approach at the company, showing us how & when to listen to clients (and how & when to pursue what they aren't asking for)
Define what design process should look like at a company at our stage
Ensure our user experiences are end-to-end cohesive and delightful
Effectively translate user and stakeholder feedback into improved design outcomes
Help us build a "wow" factor into our product - whether the little or the big things
Lead collaboration across multiple teams, ensuring smooth integration into the broader product lifecycle
Help us determine tradeoffs under tight constraints and fast building expectations
