Candidates should have 4+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in SaaS, FinTech, or complex B2B/B2B2C systems. They must possess strong UX thinking, visual design craft, and full ownership of design work. Experience with Figma and AI-powered design tools like Lovable and Figma Make is required, along with comfort working with or around AI-driven tools and experiences. Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced or startup environments is also necessary. Bonus points for experience in insurance, compliance, or highly regulated industries, designing for or alongside AI-powered features, conducting user research, supporting multiple user personas, translating technical complexity into intuitive user experiences, and contributing to design processes or culture.
The Senior Product UX Designer will lead UX design across product features, from user research and wireframes to prototypes and developer-ready designs using leading design tools. They will collaborate closely with Product, engineering, and stakeholders to shape meaningful product experiences and deliver high-quality design outputs in a fast-paced, agile environment. The role involves exploring opportunities to integrate AI-driven features, creating user flows, journey maps, and interaction patterns to clarify and enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities also include advocating for user needs and accessibility, balancing business goals and technical constraints through usability testing and design best practices, contributing to and evolving the design system in partnership with engineering, facilitating design critiques, and helping to shape product strategy through user insights and design thinking.
