Requirements

3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in the home services or technology industry
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, human-centered design, and design systems
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design
Strong knowledge of design systems, branding, and UX/UI principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven design
Familiarity with emerging AI design tools and their adoption in product design
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance short-term experimentation with long-term scalability
Experience with data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to translate insights into design decisions
Strong portfolio that showcases end-to-end design processes, wireframes, and high-fidelity visuals
Experience with design research and user testing methodologies
Familiarity with design systems, design languages, and design systems documentation
Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and design thinking
Experience with design tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello for project management

Responsibilities

Partner with a cross-functional team to identify opportunities that improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity visuals that balance speed, usability, and business impact
Lead experiments and A/B tests, translating insights into design decisions that move key growth metrics
Embrace emerging AI design tools and help shape how the organization adopts and leverages them to improve workflows and outcomes
Balance short-term experimentation with long-term scalability, ensuring solutions can extend across the product ecosystem
Collaborate with data and research to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes
Work with product managers and engineers to ensure design solutions meet business goals and technical requirements
Develop and maintain design systems, branding, and design languages to support the organization's design strategy
Participate in design research and user testing to inform product decisions and improve user experience
Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design skills and knowledge
Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality content that supports the design strategy
Work with product managers to prioritize design projects and manage project timelines
Develop and maintain design documentation, including design systems, design languages, and design principles
Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve design quality and effectiveness
Stay organized and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
