Candidates must have 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills, and first-class written and oral communication abilities. A technical mindset and a desire to grow technically are essential. The candidate must be located in Switzerland. Experience with Open Source technologies or the Metrics/Monitoring space, and familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC are considered advantageous.
The Solutions Engineer will partner with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers. They will own technical engagements, deliver product and technical presentations, and drive product conversations based on customer needs. Responsibilities also include communicating feedback on products and the competitive landscape to internal teams and customers, and contributing to documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles.
