Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as sales engineer or solutions architect. Practical experience with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC and working with upper mid-market & enterprise customers across industries is required. Proficiency in scripting with languages like Python, bash, or PowerShell, and experience with APIs such as Rest or GraphQL are necessary. A practical knowledge of network technologies and protocols, including TCP and DNS, along with comfort using cloud infrastructure and technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, is essential. Familiarity with the ZTNA/ZTA market is preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with account executives and Customer Success to discover and qualify solutions, applying the Twingate platform to solve problems. Develop custom demonstrations and content, and lead deep-dive technical sessions with customer technical stakeholders. Scope, communicate, and manage proof-of-concepts (POC) of solutions with customers, and facilitate the rollout of Twingate. Present to all levels of technical leadership with confidence, building trust with various roles from developers to executives. Develop reusable tools and content, and provide product feedback such as demos, product gaps, technical guides, and documentation.
