Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of distributed systems, infrastructure software, databases, message queues, SaaS, or Big Data products. Responsibilities

The Senior Solutions Engineer will drive the technical evaluation stage of the sales process, acting as a key technical advisor to sales teams, product management, and engineering. Responsibilities include advising customers on technical design and development, articulating Confluent's technical and product positioning, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Key activities involve leading technical proof-of-concept executions, conducting discovery and whiteboard sessions, delivering technical talks and workshops, providing hands-on guidance for Confluent deployments, analyzing consumption trends, and identifying optimization opportunities.
