Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years large enterprise-level outside software sales experience
  • Deep understanding of Enterprise sales cycle, preferably Marketing technology
  • Deep understanding of the competitive landscape for Adobe’s solutions
  • Proven track record of success and history of exceeding quota
  • Ability to understand client business objectives and tell the differentiated Adobe story of the solution
  • Ability to take richness of the Adobe Platform and simplify into a story of client business outcomes
  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, organization, and attention to detail
  • Creative self-starter: ability to work independently
  • Curious nature
  • Understanding of Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Data and Insights solutions, and Customer Journey Management (CJM) solutions
  • Comfortable working in a scaled motion with experience working with enterprise accounts

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a plan with prioritization across accounts that serves as a success roadmap to exceed the quota
  • Perform outbound prospecting activities to generate new business
  • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally (Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk) to manage the sales cycle
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and business objectives and communicating how Adobe can solve them
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of Adobe's Experience Cloud
  • Work in a team selling environment
  • Develop Account Plans with Key Partners
  • Exceed sales targets across various industries through solution selling and direct, face-to-face customer contact
