Position Overview

Our no-code automation, orchestration, and AI platform empowers businesses to operate more effectively, mitigate risk, reduce tech debt, and focus on high-impact work. Tines seamlessly integrates with any API-enabled service, allowing customers to achieve their goals faster, securely, and privately.

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our pre-sales team. In this role, you will partner with Account Executives and sales leadership to champion Tines' SaaS solutions, educating customers on the business value of no-code automation. You will leverage your product and technical expertise to demonstrate how Tines can integrate with existing technology stacks to solve complex automation challenges without coding. The ideal candidate understands customer business pains and can effectively showcase how Tines delivers rapid value and solves problems.

  • Ability to demonstrate Tines' value and problem-solving potential quickly.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Develop deep knowledge of Tines no-code automation and apply it to customer security & IT operations challenges.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to prospective customers and partners, highlighting Tines' value and differentiation.
  • Build and demo Tines Stories to showcase value and win sales.
  • Manage the technical decision-making process with customers, including setting expectations for proof-of-concepts and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify key use cases and support competitive account strategies.
  • Support the enablement of Tines' channel and technical alliance partners, assisting their pre-sales engineers.
  • Provide market feedback to the product organization.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by sharing customer experiences, competitive insights, and creating new Tines automation stories.
  • Support the Solutions Engineering team in developing metrics and refining SE operations.

Responsibilities you will assume:

  • Drive the strategic direction for sales engineering within the NAMER region, aligning with business goals.
  • Act as a senior voice for the SE team, helping to shape the direction of sales engineering in NAMER.
  • Mentor and guide other sales engineers, fostering professional growth.
  • Represent Tines at industry events, conferences, and webinars to establish thought leadership.
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex automation solutions for high-profile customers.
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, and engineering to influence the product roadmap based on market and customer insights.
  • Act as a senior advocate for Tines.
