As a Solution Consultant on our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solution Sales. You will guide revenue for our products in partnership with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This is a hands-on technical consultant role requiring both breadth and depth in solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay range of $104,850 - $162,525, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions typically include a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. The base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
