Requirements
- Mid or senior professional level with experience seeking high growth challenges
- Experience working with Java version 1.8 and above
- Experience with Spring and Spring Boot development
- Good knowledge and understanding of object-oriented principles
- Good knowledge and understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Experience working with concurrent and multi-tier applications
- Recognition of the value of code-review and experience with code testing (unit, integration)
- Good understanding of RESTful services
- Nice to have qualifications
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, Canary or similar
- Understanding of databases and data management tools like MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka or others
- Experience with JavaScript (React, Vue.js, Node.js)
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence and Slack
- Readiness to adopt, implement or propose new technologies

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot team services
- Take full ownership of the code produced
- Write well designed, testable, and scalable code following clean code principles
- Maintain a general overview and understanding of interactions and dependencies in the entire system
- Work autonomously on challenging tasks
- Grow towards full stack development (primarily backend, plus databases, system design, alerting/monitoring tools, and frontend)
- Work within the agile framework (Scrum, LESS) with a dedicated Product Manager
- Participate in agile practices such as sprint planning and retrospectives
- Give suggestions regarding architecture and service design
- Expand and improve knowledge both internally and externally as part of the engineering community
