We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our AI & software coaching product. This role offers the opportunity to build impactful features and work closely with design and coaching teams.

Requirements

  • Experience working with data.
  • Experience building early-stage products and making technical trade-offs.
  • Comfortable with taking risks.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles.
  • Ability to translate coaching insights into AI Agents.
  • Experience building data pipelines and integrations.
  • Ability to educate and mentor team members on best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Building features and experiences from 0-to-1, with a focus on regular shipping.
  • Designing our AI-enabled capabilities, including structuring foundational models for adaptability and scalability.
  • Collaborating with coaching to translate coaching workflows into high-quality product experiences.
  • Building scalable and reusable data pipelines and integrations with various productivity and learning tools.
  • Educating the team on best practices around data and AI through peer mentorship, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
