Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional software experience, with a preference for Product Engineering or A/B Testing.
  • Driven by growth engineering and experimentation.
  • Proven track record of generating and executing product experiments that significantly scaled users and revenue.
  • Experience driving technical tooling and processes around experimentation.
  • Possesses an ownership mindset, comfortable with responsibility and accountability.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to get things done.
  • Thoughtful about creating and maintaining a world-class engineering culture.
  • Works well in teams, collaborating effectively with engineers, designers, and product teams.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with React and/or Node at scale.
  • Experience with MongoDB or MySQL.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy frequently and move quickly.
