Proven track record in rapid prototyping, iterative product development, and delivering robust-by-design solutions, along with excellent debugging skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, are essential. A high degree of ownership and accountability, strong collaborative skills, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are also necessary.
The Senior AI Product Engineer will embed with cross-functional teams to automate manual processes using AI and workflow solutions, prototyping, deploying, and owning these automations. Responsibilities include collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to understand business challenges, rapidly prototyping AI-enabled automations, and driving solutions from prototype to production-grade deployment within 4-6 week cycles. The engineer will provide feedback to platform teams on development workflow, infrastructure, and CI/CD, continuously automate their own processes using AI, maintain stakeholder engagement for adoption and refinement, and stay updated on AI advancements to enhance solutions.
