Our product teams build Piper, our AI SDR, to power chat, email, content, and website features. We’re looking for an experienced full stack engineer to help architect our LLM-based products and take them to the next level. This role is focused on ensuring Piper, our AI SDR, is built on top of the most cutting-edge LLM concepts, and you will drive the direction of our product architecture. You’ll be working across teams in Conversations, Email, and Content. You will work alongside product and design, with a deep understanding of our product goals, to maximize the business impact of the products we ship.
