Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in architecting distributed systems and managing projects from concept to deployment. Proficiency in Python and SQL or SparkSQL is essential, along with experience in data stores like ClickHouse, ElasticSearch, Postgres, Redis, and Neo4j. Expertise in data pipeline tools such as Airflow or DBT, data processing technologies like Spark or Kafka, and cloud deployment tools including Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes is required. Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog and the ability to load, query, and transform large datasets are also necessary.
The Senior Software Engineer will build reliable data services for integrating with numerous blockchains and develop complex ETL pipelines to process petabytes of data in real-time. Responsibilities include designing intricate data models for optimal storage and querying, overseeing the deployment and monitoring of large database clusters with a focus on performance and availability, and collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to implement novel data models that enhance TRM's products.
