Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or management consulting, preferably supporting Enterprise B2B SaaS. A strong understanding of territory planning, pipeline governance, and sales process enablement is required, along with Salesforce proficiency. Advanced Excel/Sheets skills are necessary, and experience with BI tools like Sigma is a plus. The role also requires excellent communication, prioritization, and project management skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to travel quarterly.
The Senior Sales Ops Analyst will partner with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to improve sales productivity and translate business needs into operational processes. Responsibilities include supporting global territory optimization and account assignment, ensuring pipeline health and forecast accuracy, and developing/enforcing process documentation and rules of engagement. The analyst will also partner with GTM Systems on Salesforce enhancements and lead special projects.
