Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to translate data into strategic insights, are essential, along with a builder’s mindset for designing and optimizing go-to-market processes.
As a Director of Marketing Operations, you will lead all global marketing operations, including technology, operational, and demand generation strategy, and develop, implement, and optimize processes and cadences to drive alignment across sales, analytics, and marketing teams. You will also hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of operators, own and optimize the marketing tech stack, drive processes for campaign operations and lead management, partner with marketing and finance on annual planning and budget forecasting, and question the status quo to drive effectiveness with new technologies and motions.
