Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of experience in Strategy and Operations roles, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or technology company. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as well as experience with strategic planning, process optimization, and change management. Familiarity with partnership programs and revenue operations is also beneficial.
Responsibilities
As the Senior Sales Operations Business Partner - Partnerships, you will partner with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Marketing & Revenue Operations leadership to drive partnerships strategy, planning, territory, quota, compensation, process optimization, system changes, and pipeline generation activities for the partnerships team. You will shape and implement the go-to-market strategy for Deel’s Partnerships function, drive annual and quarterly planning, conduct independent analysis, gather insights, and make recommendations to leadership. Additionally, you will spearhead complex change management initiatives, own recurring business processes, and collaborate with other key business functions to improve the performance of the partnerships business.
