Candidates should possess at least 14 years of experience in Sales/Revenue/Partner Operations, demonstrating success in building and scaling partner programs or operations functions within a fast-paced SaaS environment. They must have a deep understanding of GTM strategy, pipeline dynamics, and partner sales motions, along with strong data acumen and the ability to translate analysis into business action. Experience with Salesforce and GTM tools is required.
As the Partner Operations Director, the individual will architect the foundation for HackerOne’s Partner Sales operations by creating and executing the global Partner Operations strategy, developing frameworks for partner segmentation and performance measurement, and acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders. They will identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, build and own the Partner Operations roadmap, and influence tooling decisions related to partner performance and GTM alignment. Additionally, they will set up systems and tools to manage partner commissions and other financial components, and potentially grow a team or lead cross-functional project teams.
