Responsibilities

As a Senior People Business Partner, the role involves serving as a trusted thought partner and consultant to the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Finance Officer, acting as the primary point of contact for all people-related matters within their respective groups. This includes collaborating with leaders, finance, and talent acquisition teams on workforce planning, executing key People processes, assessing employee performance, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing people solutions such as change management and leadership development. The role also requires providing guidance and support to business leaders through organizational changes, succession planning, and leading special projects to optimize processes and facilitate high-performance teams.
