Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, along with 5+ years of successful sales account management experience. They should have experience with ongoing relationship building and the ability to identify and address customer needs, effective communication skills, technical presentation skills, sales negotiation and closing techniques, and a proven track record of securing sales of various offerings. Demonstrated sales lead development and account cultivation, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities without direct supervision, are also required.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Manager, the individual will manage and lead collaborative business planning with strategic goals, develop and execute annual business plans, develop key partnership initiatives, and category programs to accurately forecast sales volume, revenue, and expenses. They will conduct regular business reviews with customers to define business needs, issues faced, and opportunities to develop viable solutions, develop ongoing customer relationships with key members of the customer’s organization, and continuously assess account business plans including attainment of goals and success of key initiatives. The role also involves developing relationships with all key decision makers, collaborating with local bottling partners and distributors, developing direct supply chain strategy, keeping abreast of competitive activities, and gathering and analyzing customer specific data to understand current economics and state of overall business.
