Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience working in the transportation industry, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering, and demonstrate the ability to forge customer relationships with purchasing, engineering, and business teams. They should also exhibit persistence to achieve revenue and profit goals, possess business acumen including negotiation skills, and be able to compile and present business cases for leadership approval.

Responsibilities

The Sales Account Manager will lead account growth while managing customer relationships and acting as the voice of the customer, creating customer strategies through value propositions to maximize booking, revenue, and profitability, resolving customer commercial disputes, establishing proactive communication and trust, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, creating and driving strategic plans for the account, interacting with customer teams, identifying business development opportunities, coordinating pricing and proposals, preparing and presenting business cases, and providing technical presentations to customers. Travel to Denver, CO, is required approximately 75% of the time.
