Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate at least 7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the financial services industry, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships. Experience selling investment products or financial services to institutional clients is highly desirable.
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in Spain, driving AUM growth and client acquisition, reporting to the Country Head, and achieving established sales and retention goals. They will support large sales relationships, develop strategic sales plans, present Vanguard's investment capabilities, build relationships with senior management, and implement long-term relationship growth strategies, including prospecting activities and covering complex prospects.
