Vantage is a cloud cost visibility and optimization platform (FinOps platform) helping companies manage their cloud infrastructure costs. We work with customers from individual developers to Fortune 500 companies. Vantage has raised $25M in total venture capital, most recently a $21M Series A financing round in March 2023. This role is for a Customer Success Manager, serving as the primary point of contact for customers after initial sales engagement. You'll lead onboarding, training, gather feedback, and represent the customer's needs internally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer-centric industry experience as a Customer Success or Technical Account Manager in B2B tech or SaaS.
  • Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to cater to a diverse audience, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering/Infrastructure, and DevOps professionals.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and empathy for customers.
  • Responsive to customer emails and Slack messages.
  • Nice-to-have: Cloud infrastructure technical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training to customers on how to use Vantage.
  • Serve as the main representative to customers via email, Slack, and Zoom calls.
  • Represent customer support issues and product feature requests to the broader organization.
  • Work with Autopilot customers to understand and educate on financial commitment risk profiles.
  • Provide sales team with relevant customer account details for successful renewals.
  • Authentically work as an agent of the customer to represent their needs.
