  • Brief Description: This role involves close interaction with the Operations team, focusing on daily processing, addressing client questions, and managing workflow through automated systems. The Client Relationship Manager will ensure best practices are utilized across clients, provide a second-level of client contact, participate in client calls and service reviews, and support internal/external audits and problem resolution.

Requirements

  • Education: BS Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 2+ years’ experience in Retirement Plans
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Strong time management skills
    • Independent self-starter with proactive thinking

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Operations team on daily processing and client-related inquiries.
  • Manage client questions and research through automated workflow systems (task manager/client workflow).
  • Ensure best practices are utilized across assigned clients.
  • Provide a second-level of daily client contact.
  • Participate in monthly client reporting.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Resolve client problems effectively.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled client calls and on-demand meetings.
  • Contribute to service reviews.
