Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Retirement Plans and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. They should also demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, complemented by excellent communication and time management abilities. The ideal candidate will be an independent self-starter who proactively identifies and addresses challenges.
The Client Relationship Manager will maintain close interaction with the Operations team, focusing on daily processing, addressing questions, conducting research, and managing attention items through an automated workflow system. They will ensure best practices are consistently applied across clients, provide a secondary level of client contact, participate in monthly client reporting, offer support for internal and external audits, resolve problems, and actively engage in client calls and meetings, as well as service reviews.
