Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in freight forwarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in freight forwarding sales or a similar role in logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding processes (air, sea).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required; Arabic is a plus (nice to have).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
