The Senior Sales Engineer will act as a strategic advisor to prospects, customers, and the UiPath salesforce. They will uncover the value that Automation and AI can bring to existing business processes and design new processes using the UiPath platform. They will help secure the technical win and identify high-value uses of the technology within the customer base by collaborating with and orchestrating necessary resources throughout the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Industry domain knowledge in High Technology, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Contact Center industry verticals.
  • Understanding of technical landscapes and the ability to architect complex solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Evangelize the value that Automation brings to businesses by combining digital workforce with the exponential power of AI/ML capabilities.
  • Be a thought leader on best ways to advance the UiPath platform, develop marketplace offerings and industry specific solution accelerators.
  • Understand industry challenges, headwinds, and the opportunities it creates for businesses.
  • Partner with the sales team to define account strategy, ideate on growing the solution footprint with customers, and identify desired business outcomes.
  • Build and deliver industry-specific demos and proof of value (PoV) for prospects and customers.
  • Conduct process discovery sessions to understand how work gets done currently, build a backlog of potential automation opportunities, and quantify the value that can be unlocked.
  • Work closely with Product & Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to channel customer feedback and continually refine UiPath offerings.
  • Share lessons learned and best practices with other members of the UiPath GTM team.
  • Provide a feedback loop into our product teams to include continual innovation and improved customer satisfaction.
