Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably within the software industry. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts are essential, as is demonstrated experience with process intelligence solutions.
The Senior Sales Engineer will take a lead role in strategic deals focused on Process Mining, Task Mining, and Communications Mining products, providing guidance and mentorship to internal sales teams. They will deliver workshops and presentations, develop and execute standardized and custom demos and collateral, and collaborate with industry vertical teams and product teams to enhance solutions and messaging.
