Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in an enterprise software company (B2B), demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a working knowledge of technical infrastructure including web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, and directories. Familiarity with modern SaaS architecture, along with proficiency in Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, Azure/AWS/GCP, is desirable, and 3+ years of experience working with Identity, Governance, and Access Management solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Solution Engineer will actively participate in the sales process, working closely with sales teams to discover and understand customer requirements, align SailPoint’s solutions, present product demonstrations, assist in developing RFP responses, participate in Proof of Value evaluations, and provide feedback to Product Management. They will also contribute to building technical collateral, grow familiarity with IT audit functions and regulatory frameworks, articulate the business value of SailPoint, communicate at the business level with clients, and proactively network to build their personal brand.
