Requirements

Candidates should possess a balance of experience with pre/post-sales/technical support and real-world practitioner of analyst/investigation tradecraft, excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and presentation skills, both customer-facing and internal, a personality excited by solving customer problems and relating prior experience through anecdotes, and limited software development or related technical integration skills. Familiarity with cloud architectures and SaaS-based deliver models, as well as browser technology and/or browser isolation technologies is required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Engineer will balance technical, business, and interpersonal skills for direct engagement with customers in pre- and post-sales engagements, discover and evaluate technical requirements of new sales opportunities, present technical solutions to meet the needs of prospective and existing customers, partner with Inside Sales and Account Executives to drive solution alignment with customer challenges and achieve the technical win against requirements, lead/support full sales cycle for technical account management including uncovering technical needs, deploying product, managing software pilot milestones and issues, and answering security and implementation questions, and perform in-depth product demos encompassing the more technical and aspects of our SaaS products with anecdotes and investigation tradecraft points.
