As a Senior Solutions Engineer, the candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert, collaborating with GSIs to design and showcase the transformative potential of the AIOps platform. They will develop and deliver tailored technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements, create detailed technical responses to RFPs, and design logical and physical architecture diagrams to articulate how the platform integrates within complex enterprise environments.
