The Senior Sales Engineer will handle complex technical challenges, leveraging the support of managers and teams, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to proactively address potential risks, delegate tasks appropriately, integrate technical needs into project planning, navigate and resolve complex client issues, foster collaboration across departments, present complex information clearly and concisely, maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, develop and maintain deep, personalized customer relationships, and utilize a library of stories and case studies to share knowledge and experiences effectively.
