Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical consulting role, preferably in the cloud communications or customer engagement industry (CCaaS, CPaaS, CX). Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, including needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques. Excellent presentation and communication skills are necessary, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ability to travel up to 10%-20% of the time is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Engineer will be supporting the French Enterprise sales team by conducting technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of 8x8 products. They will provide industry, technical, and product knowledge to 8x8 partners and customers, develop and maintain an expert understanding of all 8x8 applications and products, assist in developing technical proposals and RFP responses, develop advanced system configurations, and work with internal teams to provide feedback on product enhancements. Additionally, the Sales Engineer will document actions and follow-ups, stay up-to-date with industry trends, represent 8x8 at conferences and events, and ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
