Senior Sales Enablement & QA Manager

Position Overview: Jobber is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement & QA Manager to join our Sales Enablement team. This role is crucial for building the intelligence engine that drives performance across our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. You will be responsible for designing our Quality Assurance (QA) and measurement infrastructure, leading ongoing performance reviews, and identifying key investments to enhance sales execution, speed, and scalability. You will collaborate cross-functionally to surface trends, provide proactive remediation, and translate insights into tangible impact.

The Team: The Sales Enablement team at Jobber focuses on empowering our GTM organization by providing Sales professionals with the necessary systems, knowledge, and programs to be confident, effective, and successful. The Senior Strategy & Continuous Improvement function within this team drives this mission through data-driven insights, measurement, and QA.

Responsibilities:

  • Build quality assurance systems to monitor performance, identify risks, and guide remediation efforts.
  • Drive the measurement program, focusing on initiative ROI, time-to-impact, adoption, and readiness.
  • Create dashboards, templates, and playbooks that link enablement activities to key business metrics.
  • Lead retrospective and forecasting cycles to inform quarterly investment priorities.
  • Utilize data to influence sales leadership, prioritize focus areas, and communicate impact.

How Success Will Be Measured:

  • Percentage of initiatives with QA coverage and outcome tracking.
  • Time-to-flag and remediation rates for execution risks.
  • Volume and resolution rate of QA-identified gaps.
  • Percentage of revenue linked to QA-informed enablement interventions.
  • Sales readiness score (completion × performance × QA validation).

What You Will Build:

  • A comprehensive enablement QA framework.
  • Enablement dashboards with segmentation, cohort tracking, and ROI insights.
  • Planning and prioritization tools for quarterly GTM alignment.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Enablement team (GTM, Core, Learning, Innovation, Knowledge).
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Sales Managers, GTM Strategy, and Finance.
  • Partner with the Data Science & AI team for scaling enablement data insights.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated years of experience in enablement, strategy, business operations, or analytics.
  • Proven experience in building measurement frameworks or QA systems for commercial teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, dashboards, and reporting best practices.
  • A passion for identifying performance gaps and enabling individuals through data-driven insights.
