Candidates should possess extensive experience building, managing, and coaching a high-performing enterprise sales team and creating a winning culture, with a demonstrable track record of executing GTM strategies in an enterprise software business. They must have a proven record of hitting and exceeding sales targets, extensive experience in a value-driven sales environment, and experience providing executive sponsorship on strategic, complex, and competitive opportunities. Strong analytical and presentation skills, along with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences, are also required. Furthermore, candidates should be willing to travel 40% to 60% of the time for customer engagements and have experience adopting rigorous sales methodologies and ensuring accurate forecasting.
The Senior Sales Director (RVP) Israel will operate in harmony with UiPath’s values, developing and executing a GTM strategy for the assigned portfolio and team to achieve sustainable sales growth. This includes managing a direct sales team, focusing on Strategic Account Development to deliver transformational customer impact, communicating and aligning the strategy across the UiPath ecosystem, and creating a culture of high performance. The role involves conducting monthly and quarterly business reviews with account sponsors, establishing reference accounts, and fostering a psychologically safe environment for the team. Additionally, the Senior Sales Director will remain at the leading edge of innovation in AI/Automation, providing thought leadership to address customer challenges, and structuring and closing multi-million-dollar deals.
