Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Physics, and an MBA is a plus. They must have at least 10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS selling, consistently exceeding sales quotas of over $20 million. Extensive experience selling B2B software and data solutions to large enterprise accounts, including supply chain, PLM, ERP, CRM, ALM, or AI & Data, is required.

Responsibilities

The Sales Director will provide full-cycle sales leadership, encompassing lead generation, qualification, and closing, while building and executing a repeatable B2B SaaS solution selling motion. They will establish processes and KPIs to accurately forecast pipeline creation, new logo growth, and ACV growth, exceeding industry standards. This role involves partnering with marketing, product, and technology teams to execute a go-to-market strategy, developing business plans for key customers, and fostering relationships with strategic partners and channels. Furthermore, the Sales Director will create customer profiles, facilitate sales team development, adopt an ROI-based approach to strategic planning, and influence senior stakeholders to elevate engagement and business outcomes.
