Requirements

Responsibilities

As the Senior Sales Compensation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of the sales commission program, including designing, implementing, and maintaining commission plans, ensuring accurate and timely payouts to sales representatives, and managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales Compensation cycles. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales performance data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for compensation adjustments to drive sales growth. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and implement sales compensation strategies, conduct audits, and provide reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
