Administrator-level experience with CaptivateIQ is required, with Xactly Incent experience being a plus. A positive, results-oriented work style, a strong desire to learn and grow, and meticulous attention to detail are also necessary.
The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst will administer and support the sales compensation process, including system requirement documentation, configuration, quota allocation, sales plan creation, achievement calculation, compensation planning, and reporting. This role involves becoming the CaptivateIQ subject matter expert, leading implementation projects, managing configuration changes, and serving as the primary contact for CaptivateIQ support. Responsibilities also include writing advanced requirements documentation, performing UAT, administering commission calculations, resolving inquiries, supporting financial accrual and payment processes, analyzing and resolving compensation issues, and developing metrics to evaluate program effectiveness. The analyst will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Finance, HR, and other teams to ensure data accuracy and calculation integrity.
