Job Description: Senior Account Manager, Latin America

Location: Chile (Full-time)

About the Role

Kaleris seeks an experienced Senior Account Manager to drive business development and revenue growth for Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) across Latin America. In this key role, you will develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, identify market opportunities, and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives. This position is based in Latin America and is part of a broader international team with reporting lines into North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers and expand business within the region, meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals.
  • Develop strategic plans to penetrate target markets and grow account portfolios.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key industry stakeholders and serve as their primary point of contact.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, including pipeline development and lead generation.
  • Maintain and strengthen ongoing relationships with existing customers, with a focus on retention and upsell.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align customer requirements with tailored solutions.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for leadership and clients.
  • Regularly use Salesforce to manage activities and track progress.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory as needed (up to 60%).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in supply chain logistics or relevant technology sectors, plus 5 years or more in B2B sales (preferably software/technology solutions).
  • Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to executive-level clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiation, account growth, and contract management.
  • Advanced organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong network within shipyards, vessel carriers, and related maritime industries.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
  • Experience working in Salesforce.
  • Motivated by results and closing deals.
